The Salvation Army Hadleigh Farm Estate incorporates Hadleigh Training Centre, Rare Breeds Centre, Hadleigh Tea Rooms and the Hub Café and Sensory Rooms. The work carried out across the Hadleigh Farm Estate reflects The Salvation Army's core Mission, 'to serve souls, grow saints and serve suffering humanity.'
The Hadleigh Farm Estate was the host venue for the London 2012 Mountain Bike event in Hadleigh Park. The site as a whole offers a number of attractions for the whole family including the historic 14th century Hadleigh Castle, maintained by English Heritage.
The Hadleigh Farm Colony was established in 1891 by William Booth and was developed as part of the Salvation Army's pioneering social programme to empower people living in poverty and experiencing long term unemployment.
