Estuary Festival is seeking to appoint a dynamic new Advisory Board to support our newly formed organisation and its work across the Thames Estuary.

We are based in Castle Point, Essex (a Levelling Up for Culture Place) from where we work in partnership, across the region.

We have recently secured investment from Castle Point Borough Council, Arts Council England and National Highways to support this exciting new phase, developing plans for the next festival in 2025 alongside deep local engagement in Castle Point and across the region.

As an Advisory Board Member, you will have the opportunity to provide strategic guidance and oversight to ensure we remain aligned with our mission and achieve our goals, alongside bringing ideas and connections to our festival and community programme.

We are looking to appoint a diverse group of people who bring a wide range of skills and experience to work with us on this exciting next phase.
