Desire Paths is part of ‘This is Us’ a creative engagement programme led by Estuary Festival and Metal commissioned by Castle Point Borough Council. We're inviting residents to share experiences of living in the borough and aspirations for its future. Local artists have been commissioned to develop creative activities that share diverse perspectives, with creative activities both informing and illustrating the emerging Local Plan.
Commissioned by Castle Point Borough Council, Desire Paths is part of the ‘This is Us’ stream of work to make space for new, engaging conversations about life in Castle Point led by Estuary Festival in partnership with Metal. The creative outcomes of this project, informed by local people, will feed directly into the development of the new Castle Point Local Plan1 (CPP) for example photographs, journals, creative conversations.
