Sylak Ravenspine

Sylak Ravenspine is a contemporary eco-artist who blends environmental art with local history and culture. Focusing on the overlooked, everyday landscape, Sylak transforms urban waste and natural materials into tactile art-forms, frequently utilising the soil itself as his canvas. As an eco-ink maker and founder of Inks of Essex, his creative process is rooted deeply in sustainability. Through interactive public workshops, community projects, and artistic collaborations, Sylak actively reframes how we engage with the earth. His work serves as an invitation to reimagine and innovate sustainable, meaningful ways of interacting with physical spaces in more conscientious ways.
