The Creek Crawling Collective (CCC) invites people to explore and share knowledge about the Thames Estuary's intertidal zone to offer wider access and enhance public engagement. To do so, CCC safely guides people to interact with the tides, the salt marshes, and the mudflats of the Thames Estuary through mud walks, boat journeys, and drifts while thinking with themes such as the future of the waste industry's legacy. CCC, thus, acts as an outdoor learning collective collaborating with local boat clubs, artists, arts organisations, universities, colleges, ecologists, activists, community groups, and more in order to explore the different aspects of the Thames Estuary and cultivate a sense of care and belonging.
